Returns & Exchanges

  • All items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange  


  • Exchanges only permitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be returned to warehouse and customer must receive confirmation of item before new product is mailed.
  • Limit of one exchange per item.
  • Limit of 5 exchanges within 12 month rolling period.
  • Returned products must be in perfect condition and cannot have any of the following: NO TEARS, NO STAINS, UNWASHED, UNWORN,ORIGINAL TAGS. 
  • Any items returned to warehouse with signs of TEARS, STAINS, RIPPED TAGS, WEAR, ALTER OR CUSTOMER DAMAGE will be shipped back to you at your cost.
  • An e-recipt is required as purchasing proof for all items exchanged

Damaged Products 

  • Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to receive eligibility for exchange.
  • An e-recipt is required as purchasing proof for all items reported damaged
