- Product must be returned to warehouse and customer must receive confirmation of item before new product is mailed.

- Returned products must be in perfect condition and cannot have any of the following: NO TEARS, NO STAINS, UNWASHED, UNWORN,ORIGINAL TAGS.
- Any items returned to warehouse with signs of TEARS, STAINS, RIPPED TAGS, WEAR, ALTER OR CUSTOMER DAMAGE will be shipped back to you at your cost.
- An e-recipt is required as purchasing proof for all items exchanged
- Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to receive eligibility for exchange.
